Refund Policy

1. Lifetime Purchase
Chores 4 Heroes is a one-time lifetime purchase. Because the full feature set is unlocked immediately, all sales are considered final once the payment is completed.
2. Trial Period
When a 7-day free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial. The one-time charge only occurs after the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial by stopping before the trial concludes; once the trial converts to a paid purchase, the standard refund policy applies.
3. Refund Requests
We want you to be happy with Chores 4 Heroes. If the product does not work as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion for documented issues.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support with your account email and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 14 days ago, or for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
